Green Cleaning
We're Green and Clean

Why Green Cleaning?

The health and safety of our cleaners, customers, your families and pets are important to us.  We feel it is our duty to train our cleaners properly on how to make each home we clean as safe as possible by using cleaning methods and products that reduce health risks, poor indoor air quality, while helping our environment.

In efforts to saving gas, we schedule our customers in a 5 mile or less radius each day.  Unlike any other cleaning service, we now have "virtual estimates" where customers can video tape with their cell phone or camera a video of their home and send it to us privately through our youtube account; from the video we are able to estimate your home without having to waste gas driving to your home.  learn more

What are Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)?

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are emitted as gases from certain solids or liquids. VOCs include a variety of chemicals, some of which may have short- and long-term adverse health effects. Concentrations of many VOCs are consistently higher indoors (up to ten times higher) than outdoors.  learn more

What We Use:

Microfiber Cleaning Cloths and Mop Heads

Microfiber cloths which are a revolutionary, environmentally friendly, and extremely effective way to clean; because they hold 7 times their own weight when absorbing liquid, they have helped diminish the use of paper towels.

Oreck Upright and Canister Vacuums

To ensure a dust free, clean and healthy environment in each home we clean, we change every vacuum at each days end and replace it with Orecks Saniseal® bags which contain closing dust seals that keeps dust in the bag.

Eviro Care Cleaners

We have used, researched and tested many green products on the market; it is important to us to use quality products with clean and healthy results.  Bio based Enviro Care affiliated with Rochester Midland Corporation has helped companies implement sustainable, green cleaning programs to improve the health and safety of their workers and home and building occupants, and reduce negative impacts on the environment.

Rochester Midland was the first company in the world to receive GreenSeal™ GS-37 certification for institutional cleaners in 2002.

Their portion controlled dispensing systems help improve health and safety by preventing cross-contamination, reducing waste, and ensuring proper use dilution for all products, while reducing end use costs for cleaning products. (rochestermidland.com)
